Hi I'm looking for a vps located in Netherlands that ignores DMCA. My site is an anime streaming site.

I need:

20GB Space
1TB Bandwidth
1GB Ram
100Mpbs or greater

$10/month

It will be very hard for this price, as NL itself is very expensive in terms of hosting.
With DMCA protection i don't you will something that will suit your need.
Increasing your budget might help.

We are located in Ecatel DC one of the few who allows such if your interested let us know but for that price wont be possible with your ram requirements.

If we did get a complaint from DC we would forward it to you to deal with but haven't had one yet tbh in whole 10 months of collocating with them.
