nope... your path to the file is wrong i guess:

when i visit this url which is in the source code of your index page to be loaded as css:

http://tvdownload.info/wp-content/plugins/wp-css/wp-css-compress.php?f=style.css&t=1294343386

i get this error:

/home/admin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-css/wp-css-compress.php (55)File not found: /home/tvdownlo/public_html/wp-content/themes/inove/style.css

just change this:

http://tvdownload.info/wp-content/plugins/wp-css/wp-css-compress.php?f=style.css&t=1294343386

to this:

http://tvdownload.info/wp-content/themes/inove/style.css

and it should work.

Fixed it just disabled my WP-CSS.
