VPS Help

Hello, I've never managed a VPS before so I'm completely new to all of this. I did successfully install Kloxo and MySQL.

Trying to figure out what directory I upload my site files to?

I feel like a real newb, but its true I know nothing about this stuff lol.

In mine, with kloxo, main dir is: /home/admin/public
Try there...

yep, the public_html folder is the base WWW directory

So I upload my files to home/admin or var/www ....

I didn't piss myself, all seems dry down there lol.

Just frustrates me that I don't know what I'm doing

Hmn, check if your VPS provider has managed server, and if they can help you out. I honestly don't like Kloxo, so I can't rlly help you out.

IF you want I can configure/install a Ubuntu server + Webmin for you, which I reccomend, BUT I'm currently very busy with my study/work so you'll have to wait for this weekend. If your interested you may send me a PM, or add me on MSN (see mu profile).

well if you wanna tame your vps, obviously you'll need to master kloxo first

Got everything uploaded, DB imported and DNS changed, but look at my site:

Definitely needs some work. Just a real basic layout is all I can see.

Correct Lock Down, I have a layout and everything, but for some reason it only wants to show the basic template lol.

Could this be because of the DNS not fully propagated or what because it still isn't showing my theme.
