It's too hard to find a decent, reliable vps or rdp. I rather change the file host service. Thanks for this short term experience with VozUpload.

when will you change download plan for free users
nobody register site for downloading big files or maybe very less users do it
please ,WE ALL WANT TO EARN 40 FOR 1000 DOWNLOADS FOR REAL but now we cant
free user can download only till 600mb

There is no miscounting, sir. You can see the details inside it by clicking on itself. That maybe your downloads was dropped down on the lower tiers.
