I'm trying to upload a custom png logo image (200x30) to the player, but there's always an Error during upload. I've tried with many formats svg as well and sizes nothing gets through. Does this feature even work?
 
I wanted to know what happened as support from them, do not respond to the email or ticket that we created on the platform from them.

When we send the e-mail there is an error.

As previously mentioned, the system for automatic withdrawals is currently faulty and needs to be redeveloped. This affected both crypto deposits and withdrawals, although deposits are now working again (except Tron). As this involves certain risks, we are taking a step-by-step approach to the project, as we do not want to lose any money (as in the past).

For this reason, withdrawals are currently only being processed manually or have to be forwarded manually. We usually do this once a week (there isn't a set day of the week for this). That’s why there’s a note about weekly payments. Once the processes are stable, automatic payouts will be reinstated step by step. Before making any payouts, we usually update the balance to reflect the funds that have accumulated in the account in the meantime, to ensure that everything has been paid out.

Please note that USDT TRC20 payouts charges a fee of $2 per transaction. Some users with $12 withdrawals don't seem to see this in the table... please use Litecoin or USDT ERC (eth) for cheap transactions.

Byse is a scammer; I reached the minimum withdrawal threshold, but he didn't pay me and has no intention of doing so. To this day, I still haven't been paid. He only pay certain uploaders—I’d like to think it’s just the big ones—but they don’t pay small uploaders like me, even if we reach the minimum withdrawal threshold.

So automatic withdraw after 24 hours still dont work for Litecoin i guess.
But everything else is fine and support answered last time in under 1 hour.
so keep up the good work.
the only sad part is, that ddos-guard is sometimes for short time down or files are for days in maintance or forever.
 
Hello everyone,

I purchased a Premium Plus voucher about a week ago and redeemed it successfully. My account is now Premium.

Since then, I've uploaded several videos, but none of them are usable because of a bug (what you can see on the screenshot below). When a user is not logged in, the video page displays an error after the encoding process is completed, making the video inaccessible.

This only happens after the encoding is finished.

The issue affects every video I upload. I've already contacted support through the ticket system, but I haven't received any response yet.

Here are a few examples of the affected videos:

Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to fix it?
