Vodlocker problem with payment

Hello vodlocker!

I have a problem with my vodlocker account actually with the payment, in my account it showing PAID but in my payoneer account i have not received the money! Please try to solve this ! vodlocker user: istoc2012

Last week requesting payout for the first time.
On file, requested amount in record already been deducted, but no email or what-so-ever message stating the payment.

Please check.
 
I'm confused.How do I update my payment info? There is no "Select payout method" in my account but only have option to fiill my personal info.
 
Vodlocker can i ask a question . Are yee commiting suicide ? because your going all out on deleting videos suddenly in the last week, what the heck is going on ? yer deleting by the hundreds ?
 
I tried to contact VodLocker before but haven't received any answer. Does anyone know how can I change my payment method to Payoneer? These fields are disabled for me... :(
