Is there a problem with the conversion of video files? More than 12 hours my files are "Orig" which means that they are not converted and can not be viewed. My files are MP4 original but they don't loading in your player and must be converted.

hello. big problem here. first time it happends this on Vodlocker
in my account it says "paid"

but it isnt payed ive checked paypal too
last payment is from 9 july acording to history payments in paypal account

i know im not payed its obvious, got no email notification, but needed to tell you this bug

please fix the error, vodlocker
