How large is the file you want to upload? becouse this sometimes happens for files larger then 4gb

as you say up to 10gb, i am trying upload 5gb

Try using remote upload for files larger then 5gb. It is a error I still need to fix

It takes it time. Since we encode in very good quality

what different between premium account and free account, if take long time to encoding. i don't see different.
