Vidto.me : Make Upto $40 per 10k views

Hi,
I have problem. The users of my website which using mobile devices (Tablets of Phones with Android) are complain that they can not watch online videos from Vidto.me
Instead of watch it online, they download it with their browser.
I tested it with Chrome, Firefox, UC Browser, Dolphin, Opera and every browser has this problem, there is no video player, but only a link to download.

which mobile OS do you use? version ?
if you have a video player installed, the browser should ask you to play it using it or ask for download

we didn't see any upload issues, infact we had double the uploads yesterday
you can send email directly to info at vidto dot me

correct email addr is info at vidto dot me and not general.....

Okay, maybe it was my fault to send emails to general @ vidto.me but your TOS page (Vidto - Watch, publish, share videos) says:
"27. How to Contact Us.
For any other questions or concerns please contact us on general@Vidto.me"
So?

The problem with the video player, I personally tested with Android 4.2.2 and Android 4.4.2
I have no installed video player and I can only download the videos with my Chrome.
I don't know if my users have installed players or not, but once they complain, maybe they have no installed.
Every day thousands of people visit my website with mobile devices and as you can understand, I can not force them to install video players.
Please make HTML5 video player into vidto.me
HTML5 video player is compatible with all new browsers in all OS.
Look here - HTML5 Video Player | Video.js - open source HTML5 video player
Sites like Videomega and others using it.
Of course there are other players.
The simple example is:

<source src="video.mp4" type="video/mp4">
</video>

That's supported by every browser.

By the way I found a bug in upload and editing options.
If you try to upload video with name "poker" (poker.avi or my-poker-game.mp4 or other) you get error 403 after the upload is complete. hehehehe.
Also receive error 403 if you are trying to edit the file name and type the word "poker".
Perhaps there is a filter for bad words, I don't know. But why "poker" is bad?
Thank you for the double speed upload, now my speed is ~2500 KB/sec.
But before 2-3 months was over 4000 KB/sec.

Hello!

I got "video not found" error message in all of my videos when I try to watch them.

EDIT: The problem was in my computer, sorry.

I have no questions about TOS.
What I mean is that on your page you have email "general" but now you say the correct email is "info". I was sent an email to "general" about the problem with the video player in Android and a suggestion to make html5 video player.
Is there a chance to do html5 video player?
 
Hello!

I invited my brother to the site. His username is SliCe. His first some videos were ok, but yesterday he realised that a lot of video were deleted and now if he upload a video, the site immediately writes "No such file with this name.".
Why is this problem? Because of the same IP or what?
Can you solve this, please.

Hi dude, what type of extensions are your videos?
I have similar problem when I try to upload *.FLV videos, every time I got error "403 forbidden". Maybe FLV videos are not allowed for upload, I don't know. Now I upload only MP4 and AVI format.

Yes, there are flv files, but I uploaded my videos in the same extension and they are reachable.

Added after 1 8 minutes:

I changed the download link format to xxxxxxxxxx and now looks like solved the problem. The videos reachable.
Or the admin solve the problem.
