If you want to use credit/debit card to pay us online, you have to do phone verification using your landline and upload your card (front and back) and card statement scan. All documents must be in color scan and include full four corners.

This will be completed on Monday, so we are hoping Liberty Reserve will be available for Pay-Outs on Tuesday evening.
We are also hoping to add Webmoney as a payout option...... we purchased a $10 Webmoney card from a suggested legit site last night but have not yet received it.

Hello, any chance for minimum files size to be lowered? Maybe to 5mb? Comics don't take up much space =/
If it were possible, even a smaller payout rate would be fine with me.

OMG holy crap. I just uploaded a tiny test file to try out how annoying the downloading might be, so I turned off my adblock. DUDE - I swear to god I just had at least 20 new tabs open with popups. What the hell?

Going off your current table, the prices look fine, assuming you allow 1 IP to give download credit for more than 1 file per 24 hours. Maybe just have a set limit that any one IP can allow to be earned within that time. I think you did, but not entirely sure. I have a few files that are less than 5MB, but I'm not going to beg for lower than that. I can always have those hosted elsewhere.
I tried downloading again but this time I only got 2 popups.. which is still kind of annoying, but tolerable. I will be testing it out a few times more with fraps running, in case it happens again.

I forgot to ask. If I upload my videos and allow them to be played - do I get double credit if a user then decides to download the file? You said in an early post that streaming gives credit for downloading.
Is it possible to turn off the downloading and only allowing users to stream the file?

$0.1 is counted from the same IP/24 hours.
These rates have been added:
For files 5Mb-49Mb:
Tier 1: $1.75
Tier 2: $1.50
Tier 3: $0.75
Tier 4: $0.125
I will edit the PPD Table later.
Contact me if you get too many pop-ups.
If it is either played or downloaded it is counted once.

It will have the file info, video player and the 'Create Download Link' button, click this and you will receive a link. Finally click on the link which will allow you to save the file to your computer.
