Hi, all day I can't login in my account. I send message to support ts@vidlox.tv
Delivery Status Notification (Failure), no such mail address. My pass is correct and username too. What is the problem. When I ask to forgot pass I receve the same pass and username that I try to login.

Hi, the problem with my account is not solved. 2 days I can't log in my account. Incorrect Username or Password. But the pass and username is correct. My username is benjois. Why have no link to reset my pass? Is this is fishing site?
Tell me when I login in my account. Why when I send messages of support, no one responds to my problem? Please tell me what I can i do?

please check your system. looks like your hls function is broken. all from the browser requested master.m3u8 files give a "Not Found". looks like its on mutitple/all servers
