I did not understand what do you mean by remote charging, do you mean remote uploading ? Can you try again ? Its working fine right now.
About Brazil. Sorry we cannot add it in tier3 just to get to you join us and later put in tier4. Our advertiser don't pay that much for Brazil and so thus we cannot.
We'll rather say truth than to cheat, Moreover, like i said above people are earning more with vidlox if compared to sites that claim they pay more.

Earning does not change if you file is public or not. Vidlox is a video streaming website, we don't support downloading.
About adblock - This was already in our To-do list.
Adblock views have been counted till now but from today we are disabling it and giving option to user to force visitor to disable adblock for max earnings.
About quality- We don't claim to be full hd or 4k quality streaming website, You can see other host's thread on wjunction who claims to give 4k quality, its full of bugs and now they are going back to 720.
Max we show is 720 which is hd itself and easily watchable and perfect for online streaming. If video is more than 720, we compress it to 720.
Most of the visitors have bad internet anyway, if a file will be of FULL hd, they won't be able to stream it = 0 earning for you. Its Rather best to keep a moderate quality and best speed so they can enjoy too.
Our focus is on speed, quality and less ads.
