I have already contacted our server provider.. the problem was, one of our server keeps restarting on its own. it seems to be an hardware issue.

Yeah, the video cannot be downloaded if the server is down.. there seems to be an issue with the disk hardware..

@VidGuard now even streaming of new files that are uploaded doesn't work anymore, they all give error 232011...
