does anyone notice a difference in how the video loads on a desktop and a mobile device?
I tested some of my videos and on the desktop the way it connects is not good, the video freezes and on the cell phone the connection is normal
I don't know if it's just me

It is possible. Settings -> Video Settings -> Show Name/Title.

I test it with Tier 4 and got 2 popups in 0 seconds and 4 more after 5-10 seconds.

not empty URLs?. FTP works perfectly fine, I used filezilla to test it after reading your comment.
