how does video bin calculate views? is it just one ip per view? or if one person watches multiple videos, does that count for 1 view each video or just 1 view totaled?

I'am a hungarian uploader too. Clipwatching and Aparat (Highstream and Wolfstream) changed now their rates to very low. This is really bad for me and other hungarian uploaders.
I think there will be more hungarian uploader on Videobin.co, when the rates changed to upper level for Hungary.
