does my referral have to be premium for his view counts to go up? he was testing view count on a basic account but his views on video manager does not go up by one, still zero.

i got paid several times, but i would like to see a better video quality.

Test the system and check for yourself:

2. Go watch it. Do what normal humans do.
3. Go check your statistics for that video and see that video will count 1 view and stats will count 1.
4. Reload the video and watch it again.
5. Check your video stats that will now count 2 views and stats will count 1, still.
6. Give this video to a friend of yours and repeat.
