More files aren't working for me since the fix the other day, all are files reuploaded after the previous server problems when they upgraded their servers to DC

My users are getting this error from my files that I uploaded on 23/7/2016 & before, all were working the other day

everything I uploaded on 30/7/2016 work fine

Added after 18 Hours:

Update 1: @keem; has promised us that they'll clear all payments within one week. We have decided to lift the ban on keem and provide them with an opportunity to clear payments. The team is working on making the situation clear by sending an e-mail to all users explaining what went wrong and what measures are being taken to prevent them from happening.

Provider will be permanently banned if payments are not cleared by EOD Sunday 21 Aug 2016.

@ All Users - There is no point in posting / asking for payment in this thread right now as it is crystal clear that they'll be making payments by end of next Sunday.
