I've been having problems for a few days now. Is it possible you've run out of storage space? Or are there any issues with the API? Sometimes the files upload, but I can't get the link via the API.
 
Something is going on; for the past week, files haven't been uploading, videos are buffering, and views have suddenly dropped—despite there previously being a steady average—only to plummet abruptly. Plus, the problems are worst on weekends, when traffic is at its peak...

unfortunately, due to traffic increase this happens, and we'll need 2-3 days to do improvements

I cannot help if you cannot provide the video link, i understand we have detector for error, but seeing the real report from here take long time, most are false positive due to viewers network issue ;)


Edit: The new server we deployed went down, we're working on fixing it
