No, it does not appear only during ad blocking. Kaspersky shows this warning while the page is loading normally.

I’ve translated the warning page into English and attached a screenshot so you can see exactly what is displayed.

Also, the videos do not load when these requests are blocked. The /api/stream endpoint in particular appears to be required for video playback.

So it looks like Kaspersky may be detecting these URLs as false positives, but the blocking is preventing the videos from playing.

GOOD JOB keeping yourself at re-encode phase

It's ridiculous keeping your video at re-encode servers while they are the one the most busiest everyday, and no video are stuck every video has chance, deleting and reupload will not help in that case unless you disable that option, the video encode is within the first minute, and while your saying playback error, i checked every balancer servers, had playback faster. looked at error report monitor, monitored them it said viewers connection slow
