If you're waiting for one you can send us an E-Mail. But note that we can't influence payout times from the payment processors. They have their schedule they stick to. Weekends and Holidays aren't usually payment days except for some crypto payments. Expediting a payment during off days mentioned before is, unfortunately, not possible either.

When did this happen and does it work for you again? We've seen more CF errors in the past 24 hours and are trying to resolve it with them.

Sorry, we don't offer DASH streaming ATM.
 
I constantly experience 404 pages, 503 pages or slow loadtime, from multiple countries, I can also see it on the stats, must be worldwide

Yep, for now no errors.
But i've notice this again - The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.

I've once asked u about some things, i will redo my question if u can answer which are done or when they will be done.

1. When the video files have 2 audios, even thought for example Bulgarian is forced as first, the server picks the English.
Is that done/fixed or waiting for this future?
2. Can we upload .ass format subtitles and being recognized by the player? It doesn't matter if they are auto converted in .srt.
Is that done/fixed or waiting for this future?
3. Can we upload video files with soft subtitles, which can be recognized by the player, so we won't need to add them custom.
Is that done/fixed or waiting for this future?

The subtitles part is for the anime sector.

1. We'll configure it now to always chose the first language. Which is English in most cases, dual audio files are really rare. Building a picker in the UI would exclude FTP and API users.
2. .ass sub files are rare as well, I think those can be mass converted by sites like lab.sorz.org/tools/asstosrt (no affiliation, I don't know what this site does, use at own risk).
3. Comes with the next large update, within two weeks most likely.
