The Skin Should have some Great effects,Unique Type of Stuff it should Contain.
The Coder,Designer Need to Show me the First Preview Within 3-5 Days,
The Skin Should Include:
The Designer MUST Be Able to work with HTML5,JQuries,Java Script And Needed things to Design - Code a vBulletin Skin,
Payment Method And Budget:
