There is your problem right there.

its just The server has maxed out the number of MySQL connections it allows. i think u r on shared hosting switch server.......

Yeah, as other people have said, but, let me explain more.

Other websites on that hosting are also using the same MySQL server which also affect the number of connections that the MySQL server allows. Thus, not letting you connect sometimes because there are too many connections to that MySQL server.

And If your not, then. I have no idea. :P

yaa. i talked to support.. in my server my other sites are also running... they fixed the mysql.. thanks exel..
