Utility for windows 10 to disable unwanted startup programs

For a while I have been using CCleaner-->Tools-->Startup to disable unwanted startup programs

What is your suggestion on alternative not complicated one ?

But I guess I have read long ago that is not efficient,,,,I need to refresh my memory

CCleaner is good, but TaskManager can do the same.
