Security Incident Update

We have now identified the cause (Link for reference: https://ibb.co/RpQcS64w) of the payment address issue that affected multiple users.

Our investigation confirmed that a security vulnerability in the XFileSharing Pro software used by our platform allowed unauthorized changes to payment details, including on accounts where Security Lock was enabled. This is why some payment addresses were changed despite the normal restrictions in place.

We have taken immediate action to patch and secure the affected system and have implemented additional safeguards to prevent unauthorized changes to payment details.

As previously announced, all pending payouts will be refunded. Once your payout is refunded, please carefully verify your payment address before submitting a new request.

We also strongly recommend that all users change their passwords and use a unique password that is not used elsewhere.

Unfortunately, some payouts were already processed before the issue was identified. Confirmed blockchain transactions cannot simply be reversed, but we are reviewing the affected transactions and will continue to evaluate any available recovery options.

We sincerely apologize to everyone affected. We have been operating for many years, and this is the first incident of this nature we have experienced. We understand the seriousness of what happened and the impact it has had on users who trusted us with their payments.

Thank you for your patience, cooperation, and support while we worked to identify the issue. We will continue monitoring the system closely and will provide further updates as necessary.
Payout Incident Update

All pending payouts have now been refunded to your account.

You may re-check your payment details and submit your payout request again using the correct information.

For users whose payouts were already transferred to incorrect payment addresses, and for whom transaction proof has already been provided (by us), we understand the situation and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Our team will make every reasonable effort to assist you and provide appropriate compensation where possible.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked to resolve this issue.

I see!

It was a good thing that we noticed the security vulnerability and implemented additional security measures.

But what are you going to do for users whose payments were sent to another address because of this security vulnerability?

Please be a little more specific!

Payment received as always Usersdrive :)

@fxmds Dear, First of all, this issue was caused by a software vulnerability/exploit at the system level. It was not caused by any fault or negligence on our part, nor on yours.

Secondly, this issue has affected a number of hosts across the industry. Many of them have also discussed the same issue in their respective threads, and unfortunately, not all of them have taken any meaningful action to address it.

That said, the main concern is that the affected payments remained pending for more than 15 days. There was an opportunity to identify and report the issue when the payment request was initially made, as well as during the subsequent 15+ days while the payment remained pending.

Once a blockchain transaction has been successfully processed, it cannot be reversed from our side. In your particular case, we have also provided the transaction proof, including the transaction ID and the corresponding Tronscan link, which serves as the publicly verifiable blockchain record.

So, considering all of the above, we would genuinely like to understand: where exactly was the fault on our part?

Nevertheless, we fully understand the seriousness of the situation and are actively discussing what can reasonably be done to address it. We kindly ask you to have some patience while we work through the matter and determine the best possible solution.

Your understanding and support are highly appreciated.

Important Security & Account Policy Update

To improve the security, reliability, and overall quality of the service, we are tightening our upload and account policies.

Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content depicting or facilitating the sexual exploitation or abuse of children is strictly prohibited on this service.

Any account found to be involved in uploading, storing, sharing, or distributing such material will be immediately suspended & permanently banned, without a grace period/warning.

Where appropriate, incidents may be preserved and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws and legal requirements. Users should not assume that deleting an account or file removes potential legal consequences.

Effective immediately:

  • Anonymous uploads are no longer available. A registered account is required to upload files.
  • All accounts must use a valid, working email address.
  • Email verification will be required for uploading.
  • Temporary/disposable email addresses are no longer accepted for new registrations.

Existing accounts using temporary email addresses

We understand that some long standing users may have registered with temporary email services before these changes were introduced.

Existing accounts using temporary email addresses will have a 30-day grace period to update their account to a valid, permanent email address and complete email verification.

After the 30 day grace period, accounts that still use a temporary/disposable email address will no longer be permitted to upload or use features requiring a verified email address.

We recommend updating your email address as soon as possible to avoid any interruption.

Need help changing your email?

If you registered with a temporary email address and need assistance updating your account, please contact us through:

For security, please do not post your email address publicly. Send account details only through private messages.

Your feedback matters

We greatly appreciate your feedback, suggestions, and input as we make these changes. If you have any concerns or ideas that could help us improve the service, please get in touch through the support channels above.

Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support.
