Hello.. i have problems with uploading files on your host,every time upload is completed but saying only: generating links.. and that's all..? and i can't connect on ftp too :wacko:

Hello, We recently doubled the available capacity (5 days ago). May I ask which upload method gives you the "Generating Links.." error?

Also would you be able to forward a error report from your ftp program to our support email [support . at. usefile.com]
You can copy and paste the filezilla connection log for example

Anyone else experiencing similar upload issues?

ftp error: 530 Login incorrect. - ofcourse i enter good username and pass..

and browser upload not working,i tryed several times and nothing..

Thanks for payment but I still have to say GOODBYE and good luck to you (actually, I stopped uploading few weeks ago).

I dont know why but, When Japan (My 90% traffic) was in group C (before you have changed rate) I could get earning much more. But Since you have changed the rate and moved Japan from group C to group B (currently and group B's rate is better than group C's before) my earning was dropped. I think Japan is current in Group C, not in Group B as you said. This is proof:



* When the rate wasn't changed, Japan still was in Group C with lower rate than now, 3 days (01, 02, 03) in total : 18108 downloads and earning 56.594$ => Averagely with 1 download, I could earn 0.0031$

* When the rate was changed, Japan moved to Group B with better rate than before, 3 days (19, 20, 21) in total: 1758 downloads and earing 3.231$ => Averagely with 1 download, I only can earn 0.001$

I don't mean you lied but clearly have something wrong here.

We were transferring the mysql Database to a new place. This is now done and site performance is back to normal.
Please report if you noticed any errors.

We were transferring the mysql Database to a new place. This is now done and site performance is back to normal.
Please report if you noticed any errors.

We are aware of the registration email error users et and it will be fixed in the next 12 hrs.

This used to happen on our old server but we have changed it to a new one now. Can you please test again and let us know?
I think same issue happens to magictaxi as well. We are taking a further look on this issue
