I checked your sample link and that error appeared again, It seems that it has some issues with generating download link, It works sometimes but I have to upload the same file many times hoping to generate the download link this time!
 
I see in my account ''paid'' but in webmoney account no money.

What VAT are you talking about? We do not charge any VAT but if you have send some more details.

Webmoney should be instant as far as I know.

What VAT are you talking about? We do not charge any VAT but if you have send some more details.

When I go to ORDER there is a BTW or VAT 21% and I must pay for 1 month 11.99$ + 2.52$ (BTW 21%) = 14.51$
That thing lower sales.

You can't payment requests because there is a PENDING payment for you

what does it mean? I requested money and got this message

Hello, Moving forward we will only allow one payment request at a time for a given user (so there is no conflict). Your payment is received and will be paid Monday, the msg was shown to you in error and will be fixed soon.
 
take your time to fix remote problm
when i get this error, i clear cookis and change ip, and problem resolved.
but when i must do this each time i upload :facepalm:
