Yes, but you will get good speeds on US based filehosts as well. Reason being you are using windows not linux, so multi-segments are used
Since I'm living in Asia, the connection speed between RDP & my house is also important.
I also buy some videos from countries in Asia, such as Japan.

so sometimes it's not different between Linux & Windows hosts.

and sell a RDP with max 5 users (just like the old SuperRDP plan).

Lower max users is actually required by me, because I sometimes need rape the CPU for a while.

these works are still unfriendly to other ones on a 4-core machine with max 7 ~ 8 users.
