It's amazing how vocal your staff is when one is interested in buying your service and how silent they go when one asks for a refund...

I still wonder if your basic RDP is a quad core. It takes me forever to compress a 700 mb file with nothing else going on in the background.

The speeds are usually terrible and the processing speed so slow that I can make a cup of coffee before I get a simple task done, like decompressing small files.

I asked for a refund 4 days ago, was promised I would get it, but nothing.

Go on and keep playing dumb, but rest assured I will discredit you all over the internet. Why the hell did you sell me the slow RDP when you (supposedly) had new servers coming soon?

Your service is poor and your staff unreliable.

Hey mate, I took over USARDP a week ago and was waiting for the old servers to expire to replace them with current batch of new servers. I am making a thread etc today itself, you can see the specs at rdplanet.com

The new servers are being setup now (making accounts and stuff). So emails will be dispatched in 5-6 hours.

Also, I will add 1 week free to your invoice to make up for the clumsiness of the old staff. I will make sure no one looses a single day of their service.

Regards.

Sorry Guys, I was out of City, So sorry for trouble.

I am still in RDP but the name is now RDPlanet.com, You can still contacm me for support and other things.

Check my previous post. And sorry for the delay it was completely my fault.

Thanx n Regards

Yes, but you will get good speeds on US based filehosts as well. Reason being you are using windows not linux, so multi-segments are used ;)

Since I'm living in Asia, the connection speed between RDP & my house is also important.
I also buy some videos from countries in Asia, such as Japan.
Some online stores doesn't allow multi-segment download,
so sometimes it's not different between Linux & Windows hosts.

I hope you can provide some new plans in USA,
and sell a RDP with max 5 users (just like the old SuperRDP plan).
Even it costs 55 ~ 60 USD, I still pay for that.
Lower max users is actually required by me, because I sometimes need rape the CPU for a while.
That is, run RAR in BEST mode, and run ICE ECC to generate external recovery records.
Although your new servers are monsters,
these works are still unfriendly to other ones on a 4-core machine with max 7 ~ 8 users.
