I recommend that you checkout http://reliablesite.net or http://hugeserver.com however, has serverdeals said raid 0 requires 2 HDD that are the same amount of diskspace.

Both providers I listed below both use Equinix Datacenter.

i meant 250Gb raid 1, which means 250*2
