I need a low budget Server based in USA.

20$ - 4-8 GB RAM, 100 GB HDD (or smaller if it matters), unlimited at 1GB port, at least 10TB.

OVH have these servers at lower price, the sister companies of ovh soyoustart, kimsufi , but kimsufi have 100mbps port speed and soyoustart have 250 mbps,
