Hey, are you sure a single SSD and a dual core will be enough for 10Gbps? With enterprise SSDs reading at approx 700MB, you will never be able to get the most out of the port..

I got a good offer now already with 10Gbps.io and checking it .
My budget is 400-700 USD/monthly ,if anyone can offer it ,pls let me know ,I can make tests with you.The most important is the port speed , other hardwares can be upgraded later .
