Hello,
I need a vps/semi dedicated server with a hour or so.

My Requirements:
A Decent processor (quad core)
2-4GB Ram
10GB HDD
200 GB B/W
100 mbit(1Gbit preferably)
cPanel+phpmyadmin is a must.

Budget : $20-$80 USD (depends upon server configuration)

Also, the vps/semi-dedicated server should get activated as soon as make the payment. (vps login panel+cpanel)

please post your offer in this thread.

PS : i need a stable host.

Are you new to hosting? Anyway a VPS is a virtual server, Semi-Dedicated hosting is like Shared hosting but with less crowded server. You won't get root access with SD hosting.
