I have around 4.5$ in my paypal account.

pp will close my account very soon as per their new rules..

Can anyone help me transfer this money from paypal to alertpay.

Why they would close your account? what is their new rule?
I have not heard anything about that.

Due to the fees, you'd basically have nothing. Really not worth it. Also, I think that exchangers wouldn't want to exchange 4$, and when you think about it, it's really small amount of money.
