Urgent - Fileserve Recurring payment Problem

First my account was hacked by someone 2-3 month ago, I was show detail to fileserve support.
They do not do anything and say shortly you was hacked , after that i stop recuring then a few month passed my paypal pay by recurring system because my account is still alive with who hacked me.
My account was have 100+ GB of my collection ( i plan to upload it again in the future )

Please help

I was ask him but he has not power to remove my account or delete.
