We decided make it 120 days because we at beginning, but maybe free user down days to 60 days from last views .. I don't think make any change for premium.

In videos it is usually more problem to be coding than they have.

I meant if they only mark as inactive and then when they need space then the marked ones already delete them.

From experience on my websites a file is not downloaded 60 days and the day after deleting it 4 or 5 users ask to re-upload it ...
It has happened to me several times.
