uploking limits ips for uploading by ftp hardly nothing working is this host worth it
they let me upload bout 2 to 3 files by ftp then after it says couldent upload file

I think something was happenes 3 January, becouse before 3 January count was good, problem born 3 January, then I see much less downloads but I uploads many new files

Hi man for refferals you pay? and you pay for UNIQUE DOWNLOADS or for all downloads?
The free download choice being stuck saying downloading...
is being caused by the real problem of downloads stopping before they are finished.When the download stops before it's complete uploking is still seeing it as a download in progress & won't let you download anything else.It eventually resets to allow you to download again but it's hours before that happens.
It only seems to be effecting files uploaded since Thursday night.I do have 1 file that wasn't working,start working but it's the only one.
This use to happen at Bitshare sometimes.
Figure out why files are stopping before they are finished & the problem in the picture goes away.
