I've been using Uploady.io for a relatively short time, and I'd like to hear some feedback from other users, as well as clarification from the Uploady team regarding a few things I've noticed.

My first Premium sale appeared almost immediately after registering, followed by a rebill shortly afterward. Then I went around 15 days without a single sale, had two more sales, and subsequently experienced another period of almost 20 days without any sales.

Of course, I understand that sales can fluctuate, and I'm not expecting consistent results every day. However, given how recently I started using the service, the pattern made me curious about how the statistics and sales attribution actually work.

Another thing I noticed in the Premium Sales Report is that two separate entries marked as **Sale share the same ID on the same day**, while the other sales have different IDs. I have no way of determining which files generated those sales, either, so I cannot independently verify what is being reported.

I'm not making any accusations, and I'd prefer to give Uploady the opportunity to clarify these points before drawing any conclusions. I'd simply appreciate some straightforward answers:

* What exactly does the ID in the Premium Sales Report represent — a customer, a subscription, or an individual transaction?
* Is it normal for two separate sales entries to share the same ID on the same day?
* Is there any way for uploaders to identify which files generated their Premium sales?
* How are Premium sales and rebills attributed and verified?

I'm giving the service a fair chance, but transparency matters. Uploaders invest time in preparing, uploading, and maintaining content, and we need to be able to understand how our earnings are generated.

I'll continue monitoring the results over the next few days. If there is no meaningful progress and these questions remain unanswered, I'll have to reconsider whether continuing to invest my time in this service makes sense.

I'm interested in hearing from experienced Uploady users, particularly those who have been using the platform long enough to compare their statistics over time. I'd also appreciate an official response from the Uploady team.

Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. Let me clarify a few things.

1. Sales fluctuations: Premium sales depend on your traffic and visitors' purchasing decisions. Some periods will naturally have more sales than others, and this is not something we can control.

2. Duplicate Sale IDs: Please send the IDs and dates to support@uploady.io so our team can check the transaction records and clarify this for you.

3. File tracking: You can only know which file generated a sale when using our Sell Files feature, for example: https://uploady.io/jtmsq4fhnmo5/VID-20260329-WA0001_(5)_(3).mp4

4. Sales and rebills: To receive Premium sale commissions, your account must be set to PPS, and the buyer must have an aff cookie containing your affiliate ID when purchasing Premium. Rebills follow the same attribution system. Sales are recorded once the payment is successfully completed.

5. Transparency: We take our affiliate program seriously. Accurate reporting and fair commissions are important to us, and we value the time and effort our uploaders put into the platform. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships, and we're always available to review any specific issues with your account.

Hope this answers your questions.
