I think now you really need to improve the uploading speeds. Uploading to your sites is being the worst experience ever, while every other host just works way better than you.

Web upload is slow and 40% of the times just freeze and stands forever, FTP upload is capped to 10mbps (SLOW!).

Every serious host knows they COMPLETELY rely on their uploaders, you should really make their work easier.

cause it's weekend,
imho, many people upload at weekend and they have no staff to take care the servers.

Virtual it happenns from time to time at different hosts not only here. stat is counting but not displaying.

if not others add some %% of compensation the next day to your account.
