150 files lost is just to much.....even i get a bunch deleted every single day losing 150 files of the work of last 60 days is just to much....got real disappointing with this one, yeah i can see what files are affected but replace 150 files ? that is a no end of hrs need to replace them.

Sorry - From what I see you lost 10 files - I'd assume you can reupload these files? Or am I looking at the wrong account?

Sorry - Maybe you can use FTP to upload them and it will be quicker?

IF ANYBODY ELSE LOST MORE THAN 100 FILES AND HAS TO REUPLOAD PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I WILL ADD 5% BONUS TO NEXT PAYOUT REQUEST.

Simple:
Because there are no restrictions download for free users... Users are not limited (download) that should buy premium. It is not hosting like uploaded where there is a restriction for download for one day...
Users on uploadrocket can download on the day as they want (FREE) so no need to buy premium... and there is no limit on megabytes who are counted in Affiliate.
Because that uploadrocket has over 5,000 downloads on the day, users recognize good hosting...

From my experience I can say that uploadrocket is good hosting, but it all depends what youre looking...

2015-08-28 - Friday

You get next Saturday... to get this Saturday you had to to ask money on this Thursday...

You always have to required for money on Thursday to get on first Saturday...

We are working to increase it a little but until now we have seen no reason to keep files that are not downloaded for long periods of time - This is how we have managed to keep our rates competitive.

What do you guys suggest is a good time for files that are NOT DOWNLOADED to be stored.
 
Hey rocketman can you upgrade me to premium? i am working with your host since month ago but all of my files are deleted after week have got few sales and earned few bucks. Can you help in setting my account premium?
I have one question are free user are able to download 4GB file?

Free users can download 3G files.

No files are deleted after 1 week - Maybe it was DMCA complaints?

Please give me your user name for free upgrade.

I dont know whats the problem but i got email that files are deleted by administrator. My username is sahil_00150.

I do not know why people they put materials files on uploadrocket and similar hosting website if those files keep to themselves then are in the wrong place...for such things exist dropbox etc.

This is also our thoughts - We are a sharing site - But of course we do not delete files immediately after no downloads - So we are keeping files for 45 days after it is not downloaded - I think this is a fair time frame.

But if you guys have other ideas that you can explain I am more than willing to listen.

The downside is that more servers to store more files (That are not downloaded is simply more expensive and a drain on the system) - My thought is even for you guys to have a file on the site that is not downloaded for say 90 days and then downloaded once - It is really not even worth it for you right?
