i'm wondering why my account got banned after i requested my second payout? I received an email saying "fraudulent downloads" which sounds suspect to me b/c i posted all my uploads on forums online so other users are downloading my files, so how am I fraudulent downloading my files? makes no sense to me

There are many reasons that the fraud team will kick out your payment and ban your user.
One of which is that EVERY SINGLE download you sent was from USA (This was explained to YOU in an email from me).
The fact that you were previously paid simply means we missed this fraud the first time around and is in no way an indication of the legitimacy of your downloads
Personally I am not sure how any of the members on this forum can help you with this problem, but maybe this is you trying to put out a 'warning' to uploaders.
However, there are many members in this forum that will attest to the fact that we pay on time every time and we NEVER CHEAT our members - And for the most part we have that same level of honesty from our uploaders.
When people cheat us they also cheat all of the honest uploaders that use our service because these fraudulent payments can be used to better services or increase our rates!
I explained this in a personal email to you - Please simply stop using uploadrocket.net and move on.

So still doesn't explain the fraudulent downloads...where is the explanation or proof or facts? all i get is a fraudulent downloads notice and account banned with no explanation etc...

Can anybody really have 1,181 downloads in Tier 1 countries and then the next best country NINE DOWNLOADS?
How about we make a deal - Drop all of your links to my site from everywhere - Stop sending traffic - And if my stats from Alexa and Google go down by the amount of users you are supposed to be send me I will send you double what you have 'Earned'.........................And I use the term 'Earned' very loosely.
This is not something I will discuss further here - Nor will I send you any other information on this - I think it is rather clear to everybody reading this that your downloads are fraudulent!

It is definitely not clear at all that it is fraudulent and seems like an excuse or false claim. I live in the U.S. so how is it fraud that my audience comes from the U.S.? The U.S. has a large audience who surfs the web, so still makes no sense that just because my audience is from the U.S. that I get banned? Even when I'm not the one doing the downloading, I'm simply uploading and posting on multiple forums (itsbx for example is 16,000 alexa rank and has major record label artists who are registered users and has a large amount of traffic), yet I'm banned for simply posting my uploads onto multiple forums online? I share U.S. based artist music and film and independent films, so how is it fraud that U.S. users happen too download U.S. based artists?
So if a U.S. musician has a million followers on instagram and he/she gets a million downloads from the U.S., they will be banned as well for fraud even though it is not their fault that for that specific release it just happens to appeal to the U.S. audience?

Look, no matter what your content it is almost impossible for anybody to receive 99.9% downloads from only Tier1 countries!
Look at it this way, if I thought your uploads were real why would I ban you? It is in my best interests to bring in as many GOOD UPLOADERS as possible - If I thought you were a good uploader I would not ban you right?
I am making 1,000's of $$$ of payments to my uploaders each month - You think I need to scam you out of $20 or $30?
There are plenty of other hosts on this forum - If you are so good just go to one of them and they will probably pay you a bonus!
Just as the $20 or $30 is only a small percentage of what I pay out each month I am sure that with your earnings potential it does not mean much to you either!

The reasoning is unfair. The uploaders can't control how the links are spread through out the internet and on forums and websites. I post on a dozen+ forums so I can't control who downloads what and where they live, not including when users repost links elsewhere. Yet u call me a cheat simply because I have downloads from the U.S.??? The U.S. has a big population who have access to the web and who are interested in mainstream cinema uploads, so how is that cheating? How am I cheating when U.S natives want too download AMERICAN films. Don't have the U.S. in tier 1 then if U.S. users aren't allowed to download files.

USA based music and movies are downloaded from ALL OVER THE WORLD the chances of 99.9% of you downloads coming from Tier1 are VERY LOW - My fraud team have other methods of identifying fraud and you are flagged and therefore you are banned!
Personally I enjoy being able to explain myself to this level of detail but I am not sure if the rest of the readers are as entertained by your posts (And my responses) as I am so how about you stop posting here about this.
As I said yesterday, I am here attract good uploaders - If I thought you were a good uploader I would love to keep you - But you are not so YOU ARE BANNED - Get over it! There are plenty of other hosts out there try somebody else!
I post EVERYTHING related too 0-day/scene/group rips hence why my file sizes range from 100 MB - 1.40 GB and i share uploads on forums like "warez-bb" which is alexa rank 3000 in the world and many other high rank forums. So i'm SURE there are registered users from ALL OVER THE WORLD on those sites, especially when i see members speaking in diff languages and representing their countries flags etc. And i have ZERO control over who decides to download my files, so it is not my fault that tier 1 countries are downloading my files. Perhaps make the U.S and Canada tier 2 or tier 3 then if u don't want so many tier 1 downloads.
if i'm downloading my files repeatedly then i can understand calling me a cheat and a fraud, but that would be so slow and ridiculous to go that route. I'm simply uploading and reposting on many high traffic forums so i don't find that as cheating IMO
