We only pay once for each IP in each 24 hours - So if the IPs above had already downloaded a file in the last 24 hours you will not receive a credit.
If a user then download my file and this had already downloaded of another uploader some more, my download no longer count?, so is the thing?, or just no longer tell the user download if this release two of my files in 24 hours, it is that these statistics that I showed these IP only have one see the registered and not two.

You are correct about the IPs - It is the way ALL file hosts do it - It is based on the IP and not on the uploader and the IP.
There are hosts that pay for multiple IPs but in that case the rates are A LOT lower than we pay so it depends on your traffic.
Anyway, since this issue of multi-IP keeps coming up - I would like to pre-announce that we will be making a big announcement in the next few days that will make everybody happy.
(Don't worry the announcement will not mean any change to uploadrocket)!
I cannot tell you - But maybe some more people can make guesses - MAYBE will give $10 to the person that will guess it :-)
I have been very excited to tell you guys for some time actually so it would be fun to see what your guesses are!
