are you using zoom uploader ? they are default checked public only with zoom uploads.

i'm asking what function it do? if i uncheck it then file accessible anyway...

and through zoom they show up unchecked

it makes files visible in general catalog (list), any how we don't allow file listing or catalog so that function is kind a useless.

uploads to s13 has been disabled present files can be downloaded without issue

I'm sorry, but I can't confirm that. In fact I recieve file not found error for my files on s13.

seems nginx issue thanks for letting me know i tried generate link but didnt download file, i will contact server support guys now
