The reply from D4rk DeMoN is correct - This is just showing that the download came from a member with a premium account and not that the account was sold as a result of YOUR download.

Hello, what happens today? the downloads for free users don't start, the premium users must try more times and often appears this error message:

"Software error:

Can't connect to Mysql server. at Modules/DataBase.pm line 30.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@uploading.site), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. "

this issue still not fixed and is in the two host, people losing the time with the pop up and are not able to get a single file, status is complete frozen !! this simple sucks.
