Hello I am testing your service, but I found some troubles, first the page is full of advs, second when you click in the blue button in way to download the file, not work :/

could you please explain me how the users can download the files?

thank you in advance


edit more than 48 h without support and answer, how bad, I will delete the files and search another "customer friendly" server in where at least my customers can download anything :p

Instead of wishing me good luck, (thank you anyway) you must to review the comments and feedback regarding your service.

I see the "bug" about the blue button is totally intentional, and I don't understand why?
my customers, my downloaders were angry against me because they cannot download a single file .... if you claim for a service "customer friendly" then at least this service could be friendly to download and not a hell for customers.

You know, services like yours, full of advs, confusing, blurry, annoy the customers. And you can figure out, it's difficult to use a service like this.

I think with this model of busisness the purporse of your service is to cash easy money in the short term with advs, and run away ... also you are not counting well the downloads and stats are not in real time ... etc etc etc

so good luck to you too but this filehost service is obscure and I recommend the people stop using it because it's unclear in special because the users cannot download anything friendly (if you care about your filehost, then fix the download button and make easy the life for customers)
