customer service always dead ?
I don't upload on uploadgig since 2 months and I always sell premium, they still pay.
big problem: FTP still does'nt work and no answer from customers service, what a pity, it was one of the best filehost...not anymore !!
I tried Katfile, as uploadgig, too much failures with FTP and direct...
Takefile seems to work fine, I upload since 2 months, no problems !!

20 days and still not fixed. I cant believe thay have problem with only one server and they cant fix it. Simple turn off server for uploading only that one 194.106.198.164
Guys please sumbit ticket about this server only that server have upload problem copy this ip in ticket 194.106.198.164 i hope after that they will solve problem

Since 3 months I've got problem with ftp and direct upload, they will never fix problems, they don't care I think !!
