Remote upload is resolved. We have moved it to a background process so you just enter your links and click upload - then it will show you the status in your my files page at the top so you don't have to keep the page open. Enjoy!

Cant you increase download volume in 3 days like unlimited download

On your website it's mentioned as 24 gb in 3 days also if I want direct link for my users and what's the premium traffic plan on your site it's really expensive on you site also what are benifits of premium pro plans as its not mentioned on site
 
Okay i see what you are looking at. We left the premium link on the left nav menu by mistake you can ignore that. We do not offer PPS/Premium at all. We only offer PPD with the highest rates in the industry and the quickest payouts.

As for limits, there is no limit to how much a user can download in 3 days. There is also no limit to how much you can upload overall. Also the per file limit for uploading is 10gb at the moment.

Likely a minor bug related to the size of the file and our payment settings in the backend. The SibSoft team is looking in to it. Although we probably cannot change it on your pre existing 2 downloads, i'm sure they will fix it for future downloads and how they get credited. To clarify further, the accounting is perfectly correct for everything up to 2GB. The issue is there because of the software not giving me the option to set an upper limit to the 2000-10000 tier. They are looking in to it at this moment and I hope to have a resolution very soon.

yes please allow downloading via vpn or proxy, but the results are not counted. Don't wanna force my users to turn their vpn off

Thanks for your suggestion. We are taking it under heavy consideration. We may allow this for some time to understand the impact. One of our other concerns from a security perspective is that allowing vpn/datacenter ip addresses will also put us at risk of attacks related to bandwidth utilization by an attacker sending excessive download requests. We can test this though and understand the impact before making a final decision.

Don’t forget to take advantage of our same day payouts with just a $20 minimum payout. Start uploading and sharing to get your first payout transferred!

if they ignore thos gonna happen like all others host filehosts always take seriously dmca if they wanna work for long time otherwise they will face big issues in upcoming months for sure so dont say like this bro :)

And for example, if you need to download files to a remote desktop in another country, which can be done in the same way, that sign appears.
