Can we post any movies and do we have to post that in your forum along with image, description, etc.

If you can provide a RS premium account or a rapidleech embeded with RS premium, I can do your job for $1 per 10 movies.
 
I have some questions.

01. Is there any specific file host site I should upload (i. e. RS, MU etc.) or can I upload to anywhere I need??
02. Is there any limit or I can upload more than 10 movies per day??
03. Can I post uploads in some other forums too?
