Can someone at Uploaded.net please get a grip?!! FFS.

Spammers are once again flooding forums with millions of links of the same old shit in order to be aggregated by FilesTube. This is very low quality content and the main reason why some forums are distancing themselves from Uploaded.net citing spam concerns. For example:

What if? That always was normal and always will be normal. People want to get money because there is no job. I don't care about this shit.

Why should you care? Because these spamming idiots destroy forums with millions of identical posts and flood out good quality posters who take time to post unique content. If you don't see this as a problem, you're a fucking idiot!

It harms the reputations of filehosters - look at Filesonic, Wupload etc that were banned from hundreds of forums due to spam. Also, it presents a needless DMCA risk for filehosters particularly via Search Engine Expurgation of Google by anti-piracy companies which will undoubtedly harm SEO. Again, if you can't see this, you're a fucking idiot!

What's unique content anyway? I don't use this method of spamming but if your point is that you are better just because you take time in posting stolen stuff and presenting it in a more acceptable way, then you better re-think your reasoning.

This actually helps uploaded more than anything. The files get more exposure and they save disk space.

If you say that this would attract more DMCA notices to uploaded, well I don't see removing all spammer accounts as the solution but removing some accounts who are constantly getting copyright notices is.
 
Could you please define "unique" content? Huh, You mean you submit less stolen work than the ones you call spammers. You make bucks from stolen work and uploaded or whatever filehosting makes bucks from your copyrighted files. Hmm.. Really unique :D Meanwhile please do not call me a "fucking idiot" would you?
 
You're not one of those spammers are you Pamela11? There are quite a few who members of this board and I distinctly recall a spamming bot having exactly the same username. ;-)

@masterb56 - Yes, this type of spamming saves disk space but it far from helps Uploaded.net and creates a lot of unwanted attention for them. When I was talking about DMCA, I was also talking about Google. The fact is that the amount of allegedly infringing URLs submitted to Google has exploded in the last 12 months. For example, if you check Google's Transparency Report & Chilling Effects, you can see there have been huge spikes in reports for Rapidgator, Uploaded.net, Wupload/Filesonic (even though both sites are dead). If you look in more detail, you'll see hundreds of notices for the same identical files over and over and over again - IFPI, BPI, BAF, Fox etc. Anti-Piracy companies submitting hundreds of thousands of Uploaded.net URLs to Google will undoubtedly have a negative effect on Uploaded.net's SEO.

It destroys forums (good posters are lost in the mix) and now lots of forums forbid Uploaded.net links due to spam issues. Aggregators like FilesTube are also less useful due to the spamming.

As for getting the files + Uploaded.net more exposure, I don't think this is the case at all. Most of these files will barely get any views at all - lots of it is old content previously leached from sites like newalbumreleases. They've been spamming the same albums for the last 2 and a half years - they'll earn fuck all from this approach and likely won't drive meaningful traffic to Uploaded.

If I was a key Uploaded.net affiliate and had these jokers leaching my files, I wouldn't be too amused.

@Alex_ - I actually don't post content to PPC Filehosters and have no intention to make money from this - wouldn't feel right. Used to be far more involved (private tracker etc) but occasionally submit for free on sites like Mediafire etc.

Whilst some people may think me and the spammers are one of the same, at least I take time to upload content, make sure it's properly described, don't flood forums with the same total and utter shit etc. I try to pick unusual content that's hard to find and certainly don't leach - unlike these idiots who leach off newalbumreleases and whoever else you can think. No imagination whatsoever particularly when they post the same links over and over and over and over again.

Thats the biggest joke . U use free sites and these spammers not gonna hurt ur revenue since u post on private tracker and ocaasionally u post on sites for free so u shouldnt bother much abt spammers and these paying filehost . And if u do care then u r trying to showoff here that u post for fun and sharing else u would have never made such a topic that too with uploaded.net . Ya if u hade made this topic with mf or rs it was understandable . And dont call other people idiots etc else it will take people no time to report ur language and get u kicked from here :)
