Uploaded doesnt provide any support here anymore. Even if you complain a zillion times, still they will decide when they will pay. Utilize your energy and time elsewhere, rather than posting daily about slow payment.

When you dont want to get paid in BTC, so just wait with patience.

No, if you reached Minimum 50 euro, the payout options willnot appear for you

And if your Account got banned and you have 50 euro or higher on it, you can request payout but, you must put your phone number at first to receive Code
 
I don't know how others do, but I always count 30 working days from their last payment day, not from the day I requested the money. I think it will be more correct cause some can request earlier and some later, their last payment day is something in the midlle. According to this, payment should be on this week (the last day in friday).
