There are no solutions the same thing happened to me
I've been suspended for two accounts or simply withdrawn the accumulated money
and then or permanently abandoned this hosting

it didn't just happen to me.
same thing to other users
they have easy ban
I will never tire of saying that this hosting is the worst of all

some asked for the payment by webmoney in dollars ... you know if it is possible ... I had asked for my payment in euros ... the payment had been approved and made said on the page but in webmoney my money was not .. claim it and I returned it to the balance and now I should ask again but I do not know if I do it in WMZ or CryptoVoucher but this option I do not understand

Open your web wallet
Add euro wallet
Get id of your wallet of euro!
Add it to uploaded account
After get your money exchange it to dollars

what I do not know is how to make a wallet of some cryptocurrency ... what do you recommend? and how are these used?

I already have a purse in euros ... the problem is that I do not get the uploaded payment in that currency .. I do not know what the problem will be but uploaded the money back from the payment to my balance ... so I want to see other options to ask for the payment I have
