You want to say about "Dark icon" at top site? It only problem with Adobe Flash, bro. I turned on Adobe Flash, it's normal now. But when I click on "Verify via SMS", still nothing happened.

BTW, I tried use "Inspect Element", I can see, after click on "Verify via SMS" button, it still can connect to uploaded's server, and I get reponse from it, I tried copy all code from reponse and paste to a text file, then open it as html. I can see it say "Internal error occurred" (like when I clicked "Lost my Phone" button), you can see image:
